About Us
Marion Clark is a German attorney with additional legal degrees in the US (LL.M) and England/Wales (Solicitor). For 15 years she worked as in-house lawyer in Germany, Switzerland and France - 12 years in various responsible positions in ALSTOM Power and subsequently as Group General Counsel of Landis+Gyr, a company operating globally in the field of smart metering and smart grid.
Working with Marion Clark you will benefit from her international experience and her extensive in-house experience in all legal aspects of business operations, including the negotiation and execution of complex international projects, M&A transactions and Ethics & Compliance matters.
